CHICAGO Balenciaga Speed Trainer Bianche Italia , Sept. 1 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange surged Friday to the highest level since last September amid slower-than-expected jobs growth.
The most active gold contract for December delivery went up 8.20 dollars, or 0.62 percent, to settle at 1,330.40 dollars per ounce.
The U.S. Department of Labor reported on Friday that total non-farm payroll employment increased by 156,000 in August.
The jobs growth fell short of the 170 Balenciaga Speed Trainer Nere Italia ,000 estimate and led to debate whether the Federal Reserve could raise again its key interest rate later this year.
The worry prompted the plunge of the U.S. dollar index, which reached to 92.18 as of 1135 GMT.

When investors determined that the data could hardly change the outlook for dollar's interest rate rises, the index rebounded to 92.81 as of 1820 GMT and gold futures spared some gains.

LONDON, May 19 (Xinhua) -- Alisher Usmanov, who owns 30.04% of Arsenal, has made a one billion-pound bid to take control of the north London club from majority shareholder Stan Kroeke.
English media reported that Kroenke has yet to formally respond to the offer, which made last month and was reported initially by the Financial Times.
Uzbek-born Russian billionaire Usmanov www.balenciagatriplesitalia.it , who is not part of the board or decision-making at the club, said in April that Kroenke must "bear huge responsibility" for the club's failures on the pitch.
Kroenke, who also owns the NFL's Los Angeles Rams, has been Arsenal's majority shareholder since 2011. The American increased his shareholding - through his company Kroenke Sports Enterprise - to 67.05 per cent of the club with a purchase of 23 ordinary shares in May 2016, the Sky news said.

LONDON, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was holding high level talks in London Thursday to discuss the impact of Hurricane Irma as well as ways of tackling the situation in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
It is Tillerson's second visit to Britain since taking up his post, and follows his visit in May after the Manchester Arena terror attack.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London said Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson will hold discussions with Tillerson and the French Political Director Nicolas de Riviere.
An FCO spokesperson said Britain, the U.S. and France will have a discussion on tackling what the British government described as "the aggressive and illegal actions of the North Korean regime"
"The UK is at the heart of mobilising world opinion with the aim of achieving a diplomatic solution to the situation on the Korean peninsula.
The international community adopted new measures on Sept. 11 which put in place the most stringent UN sanctions regime placed on any nation in the 21st century," said the FCO.
Johnson was Thursday also chairing a meeting on Libya with the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary General for Libya Balenciaga Triple S Italia Saldi , Ghassan Salame. Tillerson and de Riviere were also expected to be at the London meeting along with Italian Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano, Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and the United Arab Emirates Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr Anwar bin Mohamed Gargash.
The FCO spokesperson added: "The Libya meeting is an opportunity to discuss how to break the political deadlock in Libya, and to build momentum in support of the efforts of the UN Secretary General and his Special Representative.
"Helping to bring stability to Libya is a vital part of UK efforts to tackle the threat from terrorism and the issue of illegal migration, which exist in close proximity to Europe."
